working on the fourth step. I'm learning that I need to control my mouth in person out of person and in writing and in between my ears cuz I'm driving myself kind of crazy almost to the point that's making me think I'm normal and that's the last thing I want to do. thank you have a great day. ps I always tell people they need to breathe when they're upset.
