Learning to make omelettes. It’s not the prettiest yet. Fun to attempt though! I’m going shopping today for more ingredients. Also walking 
today. Thursday-Saturday are my off days.

My omelettes are getting worse (messier) before they get better. I didn’t dare post the last one. 
Looks great chef. You have the shape and even added some garnish. Slice an orange and cut a slit half way through and twist and there another one. As for the omelette find a nice small pan that fits your appetite. Then add butter, the ingredients to saute first, poor some egg over it wait till sides start to cook and center is cooking. Don't use spatula yet just move the pan around in circular motion so the omelette doesnt stick and become to slide then( if you don't see those results use spatula to push down and break the sides from pan and then do the impossible with confidence and flip (or use spatula to turn over. Then add cheese on top and fold in half.. just a few pointers I do a little cooking here and there.
