Had another successful meditation session. I truly feel a difference after just a few times. I feel more at ease about myself and life. I think it’s also helping me to remember things that I’ve forgotten. I need to remember these things that I’ve worked so hard on forgetting. I want to have a memory so I can work through my trauma and problems and maybe even remember something nice…!?
Anyways I’m grateful for a new practice. I know I will want to meditate more and more until hopefully it just is a part of my life.

I use an app on my phone called balance for now
