Probably the hardest step, to give up full control.

It's difficult but not impossible as time goes by it won't be as hard

The illusion of control is my ego. My ego is not my amigo.
I cannot control anyone or anything. The goal for me is to ACCEPT everyone as they are and to choose how I feel.

I feel you this is the hardest thing I am doing myself, you are not alone

Hi Lilli: That is the hardest part. I denied my addiction for decades because I was educated and successful and thought, "Not me! I am...." After 5 years sober in AA, I have lots of successful educated doctor, lawyer, and other professional friends that also let there egos stop them from asking for help. Sobriety = Surrender:pray:t4::pray:t4:
