About to enter the real world again today. Nervous and excited! So glad I downloaded this app, it has been helpful and nice to reach out and hear this community's stories! I will miss my rehab family but look forward to continuing to hearing this community

The day I got out was a little rough, emotionally. I kind of wish I had just stayed at home alone rather than push myself too far too fast.
I wish I had gone to rehab this time around, but I managed to get 33 days without it, it has been the hardest month I can remember with regards to getting sober. I almost didn’t make it. Welcome to the community and may you find peace, strength and hope here.

Can I ask what rehab you’re in that they let you have your phone? Every rehab I know of in my area they take it away lol. If you don’t want to say I understand.

Ok so Kansas if I want to keep my phone 
I’m in Pennsylvania and I don’t think any rehab in the state let’s us keep phones.
I was in White Sands, Plant City FL. If we attended all of our groups for the day, we had our phones from 4:30pm-10:30pm every day.
For best results, remember to make a meeting!
