Today I am Grateful for Everything, especially for having less and less anxiety with each day. All of my issues which I realize more and more are actually more self created issues than anything, are getting fewer and fewer as the days go by. I have Always suffered from horrible anxiety and I see why from this vantage point. I'm very Grateful for this. I take each moment at a time, or try to. And that's All I can do. My actions or reactions to the outside world and things around me are my responsibility. I can be mad, sad, scared, upset, pissed or happy about any of All of it. But that is my part in it. How I respond or react to situations and people. The ability to see the world through this lense is very calming and comforting.
