Grateful to be a part of a solution that has given me a reason to live and not just survive.
Getting close to a year and there are some moments of doubt and regret from my past and the painful misery I once lived.
Today I carry guilt but not shame.
Today I am sober
Today i am grateful
Today I grow
And today I don’t look behind me looking as if someone is looking for me.
