Yesterday was day 1 with no alcohol, no weed and no caffeine. We had a tornadic storm come through, no touch downs but the sirens were going off, gulf ball size hail, straight line winds. I live in a single wide moble home here by myself at the time. Hiding under a mattress with my motorcycle helmet on with my husband on the phone, I've never been so glad to be sober in my life! I wouldn't have handled that so well otherwise. I am kind of laughing at myself today. Let's see what day number 2 has in store for me.

Hopefully, no more weather catastrophes! Good job on staying strong through that storm. Sounds intense. Stay strong!

Being day 1, I was and am still a bit shaky and foggy, but at least I wasn't drunk or passed out and was able to think well enough to take cover. I live in the middle of tornado ally and the weather has been pretty crazy this last week or so.
