My oldest son graduated HS in May and today we moved him into his apartment 1.5hrs away He will start welding school on Monday. I’m currently 73 days sober. But Life on Life’s terms really has me in term oil tonight. I’m focused on each minute as they pass helping me to fight the urge!

Kattie, change can certainly be uncomfortable and trigger my addiction. I lean into my program. I hit lots of meetings, share my experience, pick up service and pray & meditate. When I do this combination I always feel better and everything always works out💗
