Dude. Sometimes life is just really hard and im blessed that I get to process it and deal with it now but i would love a break.
Life is hard, I hope you get a break soon. Just keep going, one day at a time.
Oh, sista, I feel your pain!
I've been away from home ( my man and my dog) for 4 months, helping my parents into assisted living and then hospital for both more than twice. I use herbs. KAVA, VALERIAN, ASHWAGANDA; great for keeping panic attacks away, TULSI TEA. All come in teas, tinctures, or capsules. Research those and find your needs.
Cry, soul search, and at least be honest with yourself. You will gain even more blessings from personal growth. But utilize mother nature. I've listed the ones that help calm me with a clear mind. I will keep you in my prayers, and you keep reaching out and stayin sober.
Thank you so so much for your advice and wisdom and PRAYER. I’ll do some herb research
Life is gonna be hard and they're gonna throw stones at you.Just remember to always play all the way through till the end.Sometimes rewind it and do it again but she pushed forward
Times like that I get deeper into my meditation and other spiritual practices. I have to show up for me so I can show up for others!
Sounds like some burn out. Maybe force yourself to take some downtime. Want to know something crazy we did. Well we thought it was crazy…. We hugged trees for the first time. It was the best experience, I swear. Jsut being disconnected from everything and enjoying the weather, peace, birds chirping… amazing. Then we did some somatic meditation and I felt like I slept for a year. What any tips dm me, happy to help.
Hey, Ashleigh. Kudos to you for being strong even when it's hard.
You need a break. Take the break. What does a break look like for you? It can be a nap, watching your favorite movies/shows, a massage, taking a drive, all the above....
Take the break...you need to for your health.
Hit me up if you feel the need
