There are no hand out. Know one wants to help you .and you have to grow up.and go to meetings and be there.do the work.! Aa

That’s it’s not all about me! Relationships are tough!
Helping others is way more important then anything I have going.
My selfishness is destructive. Kids do see EVERYTHING, even if they don’t say anything.
You have to find a "win" every day. No matter how small, have a win today. And tomorrow. And the next.
Also, Sometimes it helps to look at the world through the lens of trauma. Not at whats wrong w you, but what has happened to you.
