This is my sobriety journey. I was diagnosed with liver failure in February this year, and got down to 95 lbs. currently I fluctuate between 110-115 and I am thankful to have my appetite back. I started testing for the transplant list, but because I’ve been steadily getting better and I’m young (not to me but medically lol) they want to wait to run more tests.
Dam girl ur in my prayers fur sure sounds like you've come a long ways already even though u still have a long way to go, keep fighting!!!
Thank you! All I’ve been asking for this entire journey is for prayers

You got it!!
Prayers..

Wow. That’s powerful and hard hitting at any level. All my sincere best for patience and strength as you recover and gain confidence each day.
Thank you all for the kind words
The liver can regenerate itself with good diet and no poisonous substances put into it. Hope you keep getting better.
Prayers for you
I have the same diagnosis and I am currently testing for the transplant list I am 55 and have gotten a little better but will never be back to normal. Keep fighting and stay sober.
Prayers for you. Keep getting better.
Yeah that’s what the surgeon says it’s I won’t ever be “normal.” But if I could get it to where I’m mostly comfortable and can WORK which I haven’t done in way too long then I will be content. But I wasn’t walking for a lot of the year and I want to find sober activities like hiking etc and I currently can’t do it. So if this is as good as it’ll get for me I’d rather have the transplant even though it’s scary. Because quality of life is very important to me. I’m sorry you’re going through this as well it’s the hardest thing I’ve had happen in my life and I wish it on no one!
I can totally relate to your situation, I have been through similar thing. If you need someone to talk to and share our experience I would be happy to.

I am so sorry I pray it all works out for you.
