Tired

If you’re hungry, eat something healthy and hydrate.

If you’re angry, call your sponsor.

If your lonely, practice gratitude, be of service, or call someone on your phone tree to see how they are doing.

If your tired, avoid stimulants and try to get some sleep.

If your still struggling, say a prayer and then try it all again.

This too shall pass.

I get it. The hardest thing sometimes is to branch out. The sooner and more often you surround yourself with like minded people, the sooner and more often you’ll feel better.

Sometimes not easy but there is a reason an Anonymous organization somehow has tens of millions of members around the world.

YOU ARE NOT UNIQUE IN THIS!

There is a woman out there near you wishing you were around to be friends with. Fo be that person for both of you!

Luv ya!

Well done.

As mentioned numerous times above, helping others is truly the greatest reward both in sobriety and in life. Absolutely, if you are lonely, reach out to someone you know has it worse. If codependency is the issue, that is the best cure I know of. At least you're not at a bar being hit on by a bunch of d!cks that can't shoot straight, provide for their families or even know what family is necessarily all about.
