Lonely today. This is the anniversary of the day I went into foster care when I was 8. For several years I would get sick with pneumonia but then it went away for some time. This year however I got pneumonia. I’m still recovering. Today is a lonely day for me especially this year.

hope you get better. Some things in life are tough. Yet hanging in there soberly only makes you grow stronger. The past can’t be changed. Only the future matters. Get better and keep that goal of a better tomorrow in your grasp. You’re young and got a whole ton of better tomorrows on their way, sober. Guaranteed
