Does anybody else have vivid dreams being sober from opiats, or is it just me like dejavues all the time sorta thing, like reliving stuff over n over again so weird....

I do have them---though I have been sober over a year and for most of the past 5 years. They happen very infrequently, once every 3 months, probably less often than that. In them, I'm usually am pursuing/acquiring, but every once in a while I have full of flashback dreams.

This is completely normal. Remember your entire nervous system is recalibrating itself to run without those foreign influences. Keep after it you got this.

Ya crazy how they seem so really in the morning I'm full out conversating talking out loud for coupel hours every morning this happens and I wake up and especially the dejavues are crazy aswell for sum reason I have too good of memories and seem to been here before and in the end I have so weird.

Ya it's super intense and i got this nothing will bring me down , I'm real and human I got this !

Yes it's totally normal. I've been experiencing it as well l also quit smoking and the patch also does the same thing so my dreams have been all sorts of intense vivid.
I've been there on the nic patch if u take it off at night it should help a little bit I have noticed.

Not as much, but they do come now and again.
I am having vivid dreams as well. I have 2 days being sober. I take melatonin and some Tylenol pm to get to sleep.

No problem glad that helped i know it can be very vivid on nicotine patches big time i learned the hard way too.
Ya I've taking that before , doctors always try n prescribe u all kinds of stuff u don't need they think we're all the same but really were all different and we all need different options that suit us the best ,right.
