Hey everyone!
So I'm fairly new to the San Fernando Valley, and I'm hoping someone with more experience here can point me in the right direction.
I would like to rent a studio apartment or an ADU somewhere between Sun Valley and Tarzana.
Ideally between $900 - $1200 
Does anyone know any areas that I might try, or maybe some secret tips I don't know of lol.
