Looking for activities or sober people around Boston area willing to hit meetings or do anything else. Struggling early in sobriety and isolating alot.
Hey Chris! Hope you find a a local sober buddy on here. If not, I suggest you go to local meetings and find some sober brothers. There are plenty of guys just like you at those meetings that also need a sober friend. My daughter goes to school in Boston. I always take her and some friends for hibachi in Norwood. I think it’s called Yamato hibachi and sushi. Next time I’m in town, I’ll take you to dinner, and you take me to a meeting!

Hey Lee, appreciate the response. I live in Norwood I know exactly where you're talking about. I go to meetings, got a sponsor, doing steps all that. I find it weird asking a group of strangers if anyone got free time and wants to chill. Seems pathetic to me. I got people I know people but none are sober and I'm tryna stay away from women for a lil longer so it's tough. Idk maybe I just gotta be more talkative and try harder to talk to people after meetings. Appreciate everything man
