Looking for ideas on the perfect nacho. Is half a bag o chips not enough? Are two blocks of cheddar too much? And is adding the avocado before melting a sin? So many questions.
Don’t forget the jalapeño
I go all out or not at all. Which tells you a lot about what kind of drinker I was.
Long and wide chip layout. Heavy but even cheese distribution. Don't just melt the cheese, brown it, with a blowtorch if that's what it takes. Layer it if you must....but never a tall pile of chips with cheese just on the top...that's just wrong.
Avocado after for me, but that's just personal preference.
These are merely suggestions...
I love nachos. Using (Mexican) crema instead of sour cream is the touch for me.
Load that shiz up woman
brilliant. simply brilliant.
I prefer AM/PM or ball park cheese frankly. The stuff that you’re not sure is real cheese.
Welp, if someone can show me an edible turkey nacho- I will tattoo your name on my neck.
duly noted. the spanish twist on the nacho.
Right! I feel ya sister lol.
We should really be sober friends!
I like the queso style. I make the cheese with velveeta and milk with some of the pickled jalapeños and the vinegar juice from the jalapeños. A can of rotel and some leftover taco meat if it’s handy.
Ok fine. I prefer queso.
I agree
You’re a good man.
