You just gotta keep on, keeping on!
What a wonderful age to face this issue! It may not seem like it, plenty of us wish we had taken a closer look at our drinking way back in our 20’s, myself included. I applaud you for searching for answers and for reaching out to this community. We will send our prayers and thoughts your way. May you heal and live up to your best potential! Hang tough and take care of you!
Thank you so much, your response is so appreciated.

It's hard to make sober friends atleast it is for me. If you'd ever like to chat feel free to reach out!
I feel this so much! although mine was 4 years ago and i’m now 30. i can totally relate to this feeling!
I'm a DUII service provider and a counselor... you are not alone! Have you checked out sober grid? Its an app that uses location services, so can talk to folks near by. Also finding sober activities on meet up and volunteering is a great way to meet folks with similar and prosocial interests.
It is tough to adjust to sober life after many activities in your life revolved around drinking. When I first got sober I felt alone for a long time as all my friends were still drinkers. You just have to find a different outlet for yourself and I know it isn’t easy. I enjoy running so I tried to join a running group and sign up for running apps which lead me to find people who weren’t concerned If I drank or not. It will get better
Hey Caitlin! I’ll be a sober friend, cause I also need sober friends
