Looks like i traded one addiction for another . Unintentionally but still horribly addicted nonetheless :woman_facepalming:t4::disappointed:

Is it something unhealthy? For you or those around you?
I found myself becoming hopelessly drawn to long walks at night with 2 liters of water or juice. That hasn't been working out so badly lol.
What do you need? Want to talk/text?
Cheers, Adrian.

It's something that helped me at first but now it's hurting me. 7-oh kratom. Helped me get clean off of opiates but it itself is super addictive and the withdrawals are terrible.

Ah yes. I've tried the kratom to help me when going through alcohol detox and dang it helped. I didn't realise that it was so addictive. I'm sorry to hear that. And it's not cheap either!

A small suggestion, do you have access to kava in your community? Might be a good and healthier alternative, that you could use with kratom to wean yourself off of the kratom!

GoodLife brand kratom is a blend of kratom and kava. And then you could incorporate more kava as you go and get off of the kratom. The kava is a little tingly, I guess is the best way I can describe. A lot of us alcoholics drink kava for it's relaxing effects and the physical sensations it provides. 100% natural, and non-addictive (physically).

Yeah I take 7 hydroxymitragynine (7-oh for short) which is the strongest kind you can take but it's different from regular kratom so regular kratom doesn't help you off of it much. This stuff is apparently 10 times stronger than morphine. Didn't know what I was taking :slightly_frowning_face:

Oh wow. I'm kind of stunned that I have never even heard of that. (My chemistry brain is working and thinking of the mechanism that would work on(nerd here)).
I would try sourcing out some kava, really. Easy to order online! But yeah I'm sorry to hear that it got it's hooks in you. Especially sad to hear that the withdrawals are painful. We are all here to help you in your efforts to get that stuff out of your system. You kicked the opiates though! That is nothing to shrug at! So you know that you can kick this as well. May it is time for a detox center that can help you through that? Are you able to spare 24-48hours?
Are you interested in something like that? Or is it still too early to consider?

Hugs

I did kratom for years. It's bad for you. Try to get off soon as possible. Beware of the withdrawal. Good luck doll! :heartpulse:

Same thing here Aleah....
They really pushed those 7oh pills on you when you were just buying powder or a kratom tincture didn't theyπŸ˜‘
I'm literally in the same boat trying to taper down...how this stuff is legal is beyond me

Friend request sent...I have some information you need to be privy to in order to get off this stuff and not break the bank.
To everyone conflating this with kratom....this is a completely different ballgame.
More akin to the relationship between codeine and oxycodone; similar molecularly but it is exponentially more strong and addictive

Ooof. I had no idea this stuff was being sold legally
Please take care, all of you.

Yeah it's pretty tricky. Was just trying to nurse a shoulder injury without going back to opiates tbh. Thought I could keep taking this freely and not get hooked. Oops :woman_facepalming:t4:
