My wife texted me unexpectedly yesterday, which was nice since Tuesday is our marriage counseling day and the only day she really talks to me during the week. Unfortunately, our counseling session was canceled and I was looking forward to having a good chat with her last night like we usually do on Tuesdays. However, she never contacted me and instead said she was getting her nails done. While she doesn't need my permission to do so, she asked for it anyway. When I told her it was fine, she suddenly became busy with something else. I can't help but wonder if I'm overreacting.

Having questions isn't overreacting. Overreacting is overreacting. So don't. Relax and see how it plays out. And don't drink.

I like that. My first reaction is to absolutely numb to pain by drink or drug I am completing 90 day rehab next Thursday.. I am an inpatient at the Augusta Georgia VA Medical Center. Today, I will not use.
