Just in case anybody was wondering why they were having trouble I’ve been on a conversation with technical support for a while now and there is a known bug that they are not figuring out yet although they’re working at it.
If that application works for everything except the dating screen itself will not allow you to swipe or click, you are experiencing this known technical issue .
Resetting is not doing it for my iPhone, although that was the advice given so far
