Loosid Sober Tip of the Day January 24

FEAR. False evidence appearing real.

Fear is something that seems to rip through many of our lives. In 12- Step literature, they call it an evil and corroding thread and should be classified in the category of stealing.

There is much truth to this, as fear only resides in the future and we do not know whether any of what we think may happen will ever materialize.

Fear very much fits in the category of stealing and it robs us of the one thing we can never get back… TIME.

Think about how much time you have been afraid of something that has never happened. How much time was spent in those fears?

Choose not to lose any more time. Make a decision to take advantage of the present. That’s all we have. All we ever will have,

Fear brings me lots of anxiety however when I practice it a lot it becomes a habit that being said I have to practice all things positive. Deep breathing, Talking to positive friends , This list can go on and on if I let go when fear creeps in .

The fear of the unknown. Just the thought of it you loose time thinking about it, and it's hard not to to. Always thinking about the fear of certain things going on in our lives, having trust issues in a relationship not knowing if your significant other is being true to you is a major thing for me and I must be able to see through that fear listening to my higher power and focus on the here and now

Fear makes me want to challenge it does that make sense lol

Chose not to lose
