How do we do this without your other half that you were so used to living a happy and joyous free life with for a huge chunk of your sobriety. I was sober for 14 years with my wife. Then she got very ill with ALS which eventually took her life. I crawled into and have been in such aDEEP DARK DEPRESSION since she passed. For the last 4 years i have faught my way through life and have been struggling with my sobriety since she passed. I hurt so bad because i miss her and I'm so lonely I use Methamphetamine Fairbank My feelings to not feel my feelings and to just get through life.
I am tired of feeling useless, like a failure and being uncomfortable in my own skin
Please I really need some help.
