As many times as it takes! The most important thing is to learn and keep moving forward. I can’t tell you hire many day ones I’ve had. 300 days sober, finally!! It’s worth it.

Deborah, I too was a chronic relapser for a long time. I finally got super serious about my sobriety. I hated AA meetings but decided to override my distaste and go everyday & night anyway. I took direction. Got a sponsor and did the 12 steps to the very best of my ability.
I stopped caring about being right, I just wanted to be free and happy.
Thank the heavens that I did🙏. 16+ years of solid sobriety. This is the easier & softer way.
