Loss of a loved one. My grandpa passed away today. Left work, talked to my sponsor, got myself to a meeting, talked to friends, trying anything to keep myself busy. This hurts so bad BUT I am GRATEFUL to be sober. I am blessed beyond measure to have healthy habits to fall back on when life gets tough. I may cry all day but I will stay strong and stay sober!!!!

He is proud of you. My sponsor told me that losing lived ones is a huge test and a major sobriety milestone when you walk through it sober.
