Today something happened that took today from a great day to a terrible day and possibly multiple terrible days in a row because my office is destroyed after finding a GIANT rat and now I have to trap him and fully clean and reorganize my room look at this mess! I had a Guinness that was laying around, not proud of myself but im not wanting to drink more at least

Thank you for being transparent, it's tough for me.
If in the same situation what are you going to do not to pick up a drink? What will be done differently? How are you going to make it through the night?
Im dumping out the other drinks, thankfully im allergic to what my mom drinks. Im going to dump out any drinks in the future I actually can drink that are in the house. And im going to watch th with my husband and go to sleep
That's a start. My hope is you find the gift of desperation that it will make you want to learn more about the alcohol allergy and the craving of it.
