Lost soul

38 years old. Living with my mom. No job opportunities on the horizon. 100k in debt. Broke. No viable reason to get out of bed in the morning. Just kind of blah. Skin on bones. Existing. Sober. Not sure what to do anymore.

Jeremy I’ve been where you are! With over $1M in debt. The depression was crippling:-(
I had to get out of my routine. Lots of service in AA & beyond. My spirituality evolved, once I got rid of the dogma. I learned meditation. I tried many different ways to make money.
Slowly but surely I found peace and started to find my path financially, spiritually and emotionally. Sober 14+ years and happy most of the time:-)

That’s a road bump but you can get over it. Take care of one thing at a time one plan at a time

Jeremy- as a motivational speaker, I always strive for people to set goals for themselves. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year. You have already achieved a major goal of sobriety!!!! Now start setting small goals daily , weekly etc. It works!! You can do it!!!!
