Made it through day 3

That was a tough one. I almost cracked toward the end of the night, but opening this app and reading some motivational responses from you folks really helped.

Awesome, Bosco.
If you have cravings today, remember that those usually last for around 15 minutes ( I read this somewhere - based on science, research )…
Distract yourself.
Just get through minute by minute if needed. Those add up quite obviously and you will have another day of sobriety…keep going, Bosco.
Books, podcasts, nature, art, music, exercise…there are so many positive “distractions”-I mean, aren’t these like ah, hobbies?
:nerd_face:…and of course, meetings are taking place daily…if so works for you.
Also.
Remember how awful you will feel if you pick up. Not worth it.
