made it through what i hope to be my last day one ever. it’s been many years of this game, almost all of which i stayed sober. but the last several months had been so hard and i couldn’t seem to find the will to stop drinking. so although i had to restart my tracker again yesterday morning, i won’t throw away the last 3.5. years of spiritual growth and progress. i’ll march forward and remember how deserving i am of this sober life

That’s the spirit. You know what you gotta do. Move on and jump back onto that saddle. Know what it feels like. At least you still have a full life ahead. Good luck

How’s day 3?
Down never means out. I know I've been there. Sober is the only way to go because we tastef it and want it more than ever. Ally you got this now take it and run with. Best of luck on your journey
