Made it thru the holidays sober for the first time in 40 years. What an amazing experience and accomplishment. I have no help from family or friends and it seems that everyone is growing more distant from me now that I chose sobriety 7months ago. Anyone in the San Antonio area kinda experiencing they same thing. Maybe we can help each other out.

Me too! And yes, it’s the greatest feeling I’ve had because I never thought I could do it. So yeah, it’s a breakthrough accomplishment. Keep it up. I will too. I am proud of us.

After a night of drinking Christmas Eve and being told I ruined my daughters night I promised I would stop and and other than that night spent the entire rest of the holiday sober
