Read some post from some of the guys on here. There so boring it should put you right to sleep :sleeping:

Exercise and melatonin are my fallbacks. If that doesn’t work you are welcome to take my kids for a couple hours. :joy::joy:

Or couple days…:flushed::sweat_smile:

Melatonin! Thank you. Hope it calms me down some too. Never tried it. :+1:as for the kids, you are on your own:upside_down_face: mine are grown and gone. Did my fair share!

2 mg knocks me out, and it doesn’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning. Good luck!

Don’t quit five minutes before the miracle

I like this. And how very true.

Magnesium works really well for me

I take that everyday in the morning. I don’t get sleepy. Probably the coffee. How much do you take?

That’s Mean :frowning:

Yes. No post is “boring”. We all count and are here for the same reason to get and stay sober. Made me feel better. Thank you.

Best thing for the mind is meetings. Lots of meetings...

Try some good herbal tea and begin practicing meditation. I am in the beginning phases of learning meditative therapy and it’s honestly working. Try the app “ Head Space”

Hello Cathy: John S, recovering addict here. I strongly recommend online NA meetings. They're 24 hours, filled with others going thru the same thing, you don't have to speak or turn your camera on, and they're FREE!

What is the website? Will look. Thank you.
