Made my first month sober, Did not think I was going to make it this far. It’s a small milestone but I am so proud of myself. Now I’m to month 2 :grinning:

Are you kidding me? Measureable markers are for standing up and patting yourself pn the back and being proud of yourself!

If you are like me there were plenty of mirror looks that went “You…”

Spend the same energy self celebrating your success! BRAG A LITTLE BIT! There is someone out there right now that would do anything to be where you are!

Great job kiddo!

Now remember tomorrow. Just do the same and try to he jist a little better person than you were today.

Its about progress not perfection!
