I've been doing my very best to make amends and apologies. It's been rough!
This week I am due a visit from my long time girlfriends adult daughter.
She has done anything and everything to drive a wedge into all us and she has refused to speak my name for a year. We have had a really good relationship until I got sober. It's been hard to deal with. Last night I was told that she is looking forward to me apologizing to her.
I don't have an apology ready. I'm not there yet. We have some healing to do first...
Should I fake it??
