I keep a list in the notes app of my phone pf what my body, soul, and mind require in order to be happy, healthy and sober. One of the number one things I have to do to keep myself on track is to get outside and literally touch grass.

Notes app!! Girl, I use it a lot! When those 3 get to talking (mind, body soul) I like to keep track of what they're saying!!
