Man i messed up dearly I relapsed and smacked out the other night it’s easy said not to beat your self up I been doing it

Hey at least you’re still trying. Any clean day is still a step forward. Starting on day 1 again here too

I know how you feel .. I was clean and sober for five years and relapsed now starting again . On day 14 … again
