Managing Stress

How do you know when you're stressed? How do you manage your stress?

When I am stressed I cry a lot, and don't want to open up.

To manage my stress I tell my husband so he can encourage me to open up. I pray. I take naps.

What about you?

I breathe a little heavier than normal and future trip, sometimes I'm on edge as well and so for me I am on a medication called propranolol that slows my heart down ..it's not a drug but I take it when people get me stressed out, I have a tiny bit of social stress

I like doing skincare treatments when stressed or cuddling with my kids...also scheduling massages or doing mindfulness practices

Being that you celebrate Christmas in July and have a new baby makes me stressed.

I love my kid, and I love Christmas. Now, Christmas means more to me with my little one.

I’ve always wanted to do Christmas in July :joy: I want an invite! It ends up like Santa puked all over my
House during Christmas time.

I start having an attitude and aggravated with people even push my lil kid away telling her go play please momma needs to be alone. I'll talk a lil more rough than I already to. I'll get real real real hotter than normal, heart rate goes up, I'll get a lil weak or some what kinda like tunnel vision, hurts at the bottom of my rib cage in the middle of u get what I'm trying to explain. I'll keep zooning in and out a lot. And few other ways I can tell when Im going into a panic attack

I spend time with my pup and I watch a new series go for a walk or sometimes just breathe.

I feel irritable and lose focus. Meditation took me a long time to learn, since I have been off Xanax I have been able to connect with myself and it helps!

Years ago they put out Christmas in July.in Florida

I love it. Our local Hallmark store puts out their Christmas ornaments in July.
