Many if my brothers have relapsed and it’s very scary ! I need to dig into my coping skills to be ready for anything .

Hey man. I hear u. I relapsed after 2 yrs. Meetings and creating a sober circle is key. Im back to doing 90 in 90. Also think about the end game after a night of boozing and partying. The feeling of regret, sadness, guilt, shame, loss of money, hangover, grogginess…… just not worth it. I am better equipped now and i hope this helps
