May 1 i hit 5 months completely sober but today i hit 7 months sober off meth!!! The cravings for alcohol come and go but the cravings for meth have been gone.... there have been incidents that have come up where i have seen a tiny piece of meth that was dropped and as i was getting over a sinus infection the sight of that made me feel so sick....... which i am grateful for cause as i have spent 5 1/2 months locked up 3 yrs ago and thought for sure i wasnt gonna touch it again i did 5 months out of prison did parole and wrong people place and time.... but here i sit 7 months and still sober off meth..... i never thought id see the day!!

Congratulations Brittany I was on meth for 41years and I am 6 months and some change clean and sober. I'm very proud of you keep up the good work

Hitting 7 mths is a massive milestone, especially whst youve been through to get here. The physical sick feeling you felt is a powerful sign, it's your body finally choosing you over the substance. Learned that in therapy. Keep choosing this version of yourself it's get better and better and on the days it's tough it passes.

Great job I was on meth. For most of my adult life and I thought I'd never change but, here I am a year and a half sober and I'm doing well. Though I'm going through some tough times, I just keep my head up and trust that God will help me get through it!

Some days are for sure harder then others...... we definitely can not let the addiction win... I myself have been a disappointment for to long and can not live that way anymore
