Thanks Veronica. The feeling did pass. But it comes back from time to time. Idk if I’m setting high expectations for myself or what. Just assumed life would get better after I got sober….

Brotherr the first thing the devil will use is self doubt. God will plant a seed and you will find your spot to grow in his garden. Some days are bad days identify the feeling say im sad and do something OUTDOORS preferably barefoot to ground yourself and pet a dog or look at God's creation. I found my peace I. Gardening my chickens and quails. I pray God pours the water of life on to you and your seed grow! Have a good day brother you're not alon

I'm praying for you trust me I feel the same way at times and I've only been a week sober this is hard but the devil don't want us to succeed on anything you will defeat this
