I ended up walking outside a lot today.
So did not do yoga and / or tap.

While got my exercise in.
And otherwise “accomplished”

Absolutely. Just like most anything else. Like you Meri I find that taking care of my physical helps tremendously in the mental. Having healthy routines to fill up as much of my day as possible and healthy actions to fill the rest.
