Are Zoom meetings as effective as in person meetings?
I mean to each his own. For some it works for others they need in person. I prefer in person myself because I will just browse the web on the side 
They are far more effective than no meetings.
In person meetings are always going to be BETTER. BUT ZOOM IS ANOTHER RESOURCE FOR US TO USE

I’m toying with the idea of a meeting. I’m wondering if virtual is a good option.
A program of recovery is what brought me peace. Not drinking was great but it didn’t eliminate the nagging inner monologue I had. The self sabotage. The critic.
You’ve been chemically sober for a long time. If you are seeking more, a 12 step program won’t hurt.
Short answer is no.
They work in a pinch, but not over time.
If you are working the steps it is impossible to complete them without personal interaction.
