Mental awareness

Mentally I feel we get so caught up in always checking in on our gratitude list that we don’t slow down long enough to stop and take a mental break check list.

  1. Have i mentally centered myself today?
  2. Have i stayed in alignment with my higher powers will for me?
  3. Am I doing the correct self care daily to make myself feel better?
  4. Am I running a true honest righteous, sometimes rigorous program?
  5. Am I praying up and meditating daily and staying connected? Spiritually mentally and emotionally..
