Mentally I feel we get so caught up in always checking in on our gratitude list that we don’t slow down long enough to stop and take a mental break check list.
- Have i mentally centered myself today?
- Have i stayed in alignment with my higher powers will for me?
- Am I doing the correct self care daily to make myself feel better?
- Am I running a true honest righteous, sometimes rigorous program?
- Am I praying up and meditating daily and staying connected? Spiritually mentally and emotionally..
