I'm a meth addict to having a hard time staying clean I'm on here alot every time I want to use I get on and post or read post it's been helping but what has helped the most is staying away from those that use and finding someone to talk to so any time you feel like using reach out to someone and let them know talk about it by the end of your talk you should not want to use still (most of the time) if you have no onto talk to we Here are here and will talk with you all the time just make a post or message my ear is always free good luck on day 1
Darling remember one day at a time and what brought you there I'm sure you don't want to lose anymore time be patient you are stronger than that
