Mindful Change

Grateful to be 6 months free from alcohol 2 months no sugar and 20 days no coffee. Still drink tea and do fruit instead of desserts. Has been possible with sober friends/community. Have less anxiety and more energy. Bp is normal now. Not looking back. Don't miss my former self.
