Mindfulness

So, looking at my PF i realized i have never posted anything. I am grateful for my mindfulness and meditation practice. It helps me regulate, pause, connect with myself and respond in a way i feel good about. Thank goodness for meditation. There are a lot out there and everytime i get side tracked which is often, i bring my focus back to breathing and keep it moving. Love sobriety. Love the tools and love all yall.
