I am so super excited and grateful for this is the day that I get to take over all things BIP! I was also told that today is the day I get to take back over the kids DBTSkills group. I love Mondays! I love my job and am beyond grateful for this opportunity to serve others in this new capacity.
My bestie and I had a meme conversation this morning at 3 a.m. Neither one of us could sleep, for very different reasons. She made coffee and I made a Javvy Coffee and we then chit chatted on the phone for an hour. Love these moments. These would not be possible without being sober and I am grateful for choosing sobriety today and yesterday!
I am grateful for Best Pals Pet Resort and the opportunity they are bestowing upon me to run the front desk on the weekends.
Lil Man. I am not happy with him. For whatever reason, he started his antics this morning after I got off the phone with my best friend. Growling and yapping at Lucy. He was at my feet. She was at my feet and was minding her own business...needless to say besides being verbally scolded he did not have the pleasure to indulge in a cookie. Lucy did because she turned and walked away from him. Well, she turned. Took a step and cuddled back in for more slumber. It was a mere 430 am...to early for even the chickens!
I am so grateful for my sobriety journey to be continuing with personal growth and learning. I am strong. I AM SOBER!
