I am so grateful that I made the choice to make myself a priority. I am worth self love and want to reconnect to be present with my family.
I am grateful for the 2-3 false starts, that proved to be training wheels that I could make this journey.
This was not easy, I had self doubts and opportunities to slip, but I held the course and made it 30 days! 
45 days….. you are next up!
