Morning! 85 days in, and I vassilate between 'yay sober, what was I thinking' and 'oh, I've had stretches of a few months where I've managed, let's drink again.' I know I can't go back, but this time of year is rough. The Matthew Perry interview with Diane Sawyer was really good; recovery stuff.
Oh, and here's to vivid dreams in sobriety! Sheesh!
I totally get the back and forth, I’m the same way, I think a lot of us are. This time around I’m telling myself “no mental gymnastics!”… I need the mindset of “I don’t drink period”.
