Morning sober people , well I woke up at 6 this morning , said thanks to My Father for allowing my feet to hit the ground , read The Prayer To The Great Spirit , did some Bible reading , also some positive self talk , made my bed . Today is a good day for a good day , all you humble men & strong women , journey on & journey strong . Stay smiling & keep grinding ML&R

I wake up and put my day in God's hands before my feet hit the ground because with out him I wouldn't make it ive been clean for 8 months and 4 days i pray and read my Bible and try to do that everyday
